Party founder Sahra Wagenknecht does rather poorly in the politician rankings. A new survey now shows what Germans see as their strengths but also their weaknesses.

43 percent of citizens think they are competent and 36 percent think they are likeable.

The star characteristics profile, which Forsa queries top politicians at irregular intervals, now clearly shows what strengths citizens attribute to the former parliamentary group leader of the Left.
60 percent of Germans think soSahra Wagenknechtunderstandable speech. 53 percent of people living in Germany credit her with leadership. 49 percent say that they know what moves people. At least 43 percent consider them competent and 36 percent consider them likeable.

In the east of the country, Wagenknecht's rating is significantly better than in the west. East Germans attribute all of the qualities asked to the politician much more often than West Germans: 65 percent of citizens in the new states think that Wagenknecht knows what moves people. In the old states it is 46 percent.
Trustworthiness issue
As expected, the party founder has the strongest support among theBSW-Trailer: inside. It achieves exceptionally high values of 90 percent and more for almost all properties. But also among the votersAfDLarge majorities attribute most of the properties to Wagenknecht. Around 94 percent of their own voters, but also 72 percent of AfD supporters, say that the politician knows what moves people.
A weak point, however, is Sahra Wagenknecht's image. Only a quarter of Germans consider the BSW founder to be trustworthy, and in the West only 21 percent.
